Since 1991, Brian has worked to provide sound financial guidance and education in the ever-changing, complex world of finances. Brian began his career with Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. as a partner to Julius Westheimer, who was widely recognized as a renowned financial advisor in the Baltimore-metropolitan area. RBC Wealth Management acquired Ferris Baker Watts in 2008, where Brian later established The Kroneberger Group.

After completing the extensive curriculum required, Brian earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Brian also attained the Accredited Wealth Manager designation through the Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute of Michigan State University. He is licensed by the Maryland Insurance Administration and passed the Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 exams.

Brian is a regular financial commentator on Baltimore’s WBAL news radio and television network, including the “Brian Kroneberger Financial Hour” Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. on WBAL radio. You can also catch him weekdays at 7:55 a.m. on WBAL radio providing timely market insights during his “Money Report.”

Brian is honored to have received numerous accolades, including The Daily Record's Influential Marylanders award and Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors since 2010. Since 2008, Brian has been a member of the firm’s Chairman’s Council, an honor bestowed on the top 150 financial advisors of RBC Wealth Management.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Brian attended Calvert Hall College High School and graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Brian was a Three Time All-American lacrosse player at Loyola University and played seven years professionally with the Baltimore Thunder of the Major Indoor Lacrosse League. He is a member of both The Greater Baltimore Lacrosse Chapter and the Loyola University Hall of Fame.

Brian continues to serve our community as former investment committee chair and current board member of the Catholic Community Foundation of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Brian and his wife, Jill, reside the Baltimore area and enjoy spending time with their children, Sarah, Timmy and Emma, and dog, Guinness.

Taylor R. Marino, CFP®

Taylor began his career at RBC Wealth Management in 2008, joining The Kroneberger Group a year later. He was born and raised in Baltimore and is a graduate of St. Paul’s School. Taylor continued his education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) earning dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and sociology. He was a four-year letter winner in lacrosse, a team captain and led the Retrievers to three straight NCAA tournament appearances.

After completing the extensive curriculum required, Taylor earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. In addition, Taylor has passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams and is appointed by the Maryland Insurance Administration.

Taylor currently resides in the Federal Hill area of Baltimore City with his wife, Maura and son, Graham. In his free time he enjoys coaching lacrosse, spending time at the beach, golfing, holding a position on the non-profit “The Family Tree” Next Generation Board and supporting the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles.

Christine M. Buckley, AEP®, CFP®, CPWA®

Christine has over 20 years of financial services experience, starting her career at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. (LM). During her tenure at LM and its successors, including Morgan Stanley, she held corporate positions before transitioning onto a Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Team. In these roles, she was a senior planner guiding clients through examining and exploring a variety of personal financial strategies in areas including trust and estate planning, debt management, risk management, and executive compensation analysis. Prior to joining The Kroneberger Group, she was a financial advisor at an Ellicott City, Maryland, independent investment advisory firm where she was involved in all aspects of client relationships.

Christine earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, Certified Private Wealth Advisor® and the Chartered Financial Consultant™ and the Accredited Estate Planner® designations over her career. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Investment Management Consultants Association, and Baltimore and Howard County Estate Planning Councils. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Johns Hopkins University and her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and finance from the University of Maryland. Christine has passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 exams as well as being appointed by the Maryland Insurance Administration.

Gina Steele

Investment Associate


Gina began her career in the securities industry at Ferris Baker Watts, Inc., now RBC Wealth Management, in 1996. She joined The Westheimer Group, which has since evolved into The Kroneberger Group. Working directly with Brian for over 20 years, Gina has been an integral part of his business focusing on building and maintaining client relationships. In addition to providing excellent customer service, she serves as the team leader coordinating various meetings, organizing client events and assisting with team marketing among other roles. She has passed the Series 7 and Series 63 exams.

Gina is a native of Baltimore and lives in Jarrettsville with her husband and two teenage sons. She is an active volunteer for the Special Olympics of Maryland with her main focus being the annual organization of a team for the Polar Bear Plunge. She values her involvement in the community and enjoys time with family and friends as well as cheering on her two sons in their academic and athletic achievements.
